Registration, nomination and voting are open to individuals who comply with applicable laws. The GACA Selection Committee reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any submission found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
3. Awards & nominations
All nominations and award decisions are at the sole discretion of the GACA Selection Committee. Submissions do not guarantee selection. Categories and criteria may be updated each season.
4. Voting
One verified vote per email per category. Votes that show signs of automation, ballot stuffing or impersonation will be discarded.
5. Use of the website
You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or disrupt the service. We employ security measures including encryption, rate limiting and bot protection.
6. Intellectual property
The GACA Summit name, logo, design and content are the property of the organisation. You may not reproduce them without written consent.
7. Liability
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
